Our Unique Wines
Live in the moment…

and make every day special with our wines.

Wine that has 17% or even 18% alcohol content,  wine that is touted as Spanish Burgundy, wine that has been tasted by numerous presidents, movie stars, celebrities in the world, wine that kills, these are the selected few of wines we carry and they have one thing in common: UNIQUENESS : the essence of our wines.

Our differentiating wines make your wine business stand out from the crowd, becoming the market leader instead of lagger.  These one-of-a-kind wines are the solution to your business in today’s fiercely competitive wine market where quality is a must and given and is not a selling point anymore, on the other hand, product differentiation is the competitive edge to instantly set you apart from competitors who are selling similar products as everyone else.

Tell us about your problems and concerns, and let us show you the solutions for you.

The "Killer" wines

How do you set yourself apart from the competition in the wine market? That is the perennial question for people in wine business!

Here at Aljibes winery,  we not only hold ourselves to a baseline standard of finding the highest quality products at the lowest prices, but seek out one-of-a-kind bottles, famed wineries and winemakers, and uncommon Spanish varietals. The resulting wine is truly unique and difficult to imitate.

Our “killer wine” has been flexing its muscle in the China market since its debut, and now, in its 7th year, is still running strong.

The Bottom Line: Killer wine is the answer to today’s market, where the highest quality and lowest price are no longer a unique selling point. The Killer wine with its unrivaled Value will find no competition in the market.  We can help you stand out with your offerings, as your customers seek a product to rule the market.

The "Killer" wines 2.0

Now with 17% alcohol...

Wine having 17% alcohol is a differentiated product that is hard to come by. You can easily corner the market that needs and wants what you are offering, and you will find almost little to no competition. It is the kind of product to set you apart from the rest.

Our 17% alcohol wine is made 100% naturally with Garnacha Tintorea grape, which is one of the very few grapes in the world that has red pulp and intense coloring.  All other grapes have white pulp, regardless of their skin color; the red color of wine comes from the color of the skin, not from the pulp.

The fruit-forward and full-bodied 17% wine, which is simultaneously powerful and elegant, will please those used to drinking Baijiu or other high alcohol drinks.

The Bottom Line: 17% wine will help you build a strong and positive product identity. You can easily corner the market segment that needs and wants exactly what you're offering in this area, covering a market of drinkers seeking this value proposition. Last but not least, 17% is the way to increase customer loyalty at your business.

Premium wines - Valquejigoso

What do these people have in common?

Jimmy Carter (ex-US President), Hiro Hito (Japan Emperor), Carl Gustaf (King of Sweden), Salvador Dali (world-famous painter), Janet Jackson (singer, Michael Jackson’s sister), Princess Diana, Placido Domingo (world-famous tenor), Jiang Ze Min (China politician), Wang Jianlin (Dalian Wanda Group President)

They all have tasted V wine from the Valquejigoso winery.

The V-series is indisputably the Wine of Celebrities. No wine has been drunk by so many celebrities who were attracted by the rich history, unique terroir of the Valquejigoso estate, and of course, the incredible and unforgettable taste.

The Valquejigoso Estate is truly unique. Once a hunting ground and cottage for the European aristocracy for hundreds of years, Félix Colomo Díaz (a great bullfighter from Madrid) purchased the estate and turned it into a winery. All wine-making processes are carried out underground using state-of-the-art wine-making technology.  Different grapes come in from 69 different plots and are vinified separately, then blended to perfection. Everything – including the building setting and wine-making – is attended to in a meticulous and precise way. People are always profoundly impressed after visiting the winery.

The Bottom Line: If you and your customers want to experience a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to share the wine of celebrated, distinguished, famous people of the world, try V. If you want your product to have a deep history and shine, choose V. It is a rare and unique experience for all.

The Spanish Burgundy

Touted as a Spanish Burgundy, Tilenus is one of the only two wineries in Spain producing an elegant wine from the Mencia grape. This produces a medium body, silky smooth tannin, and incredibly long finish, reminiscent of a silky Pinot Noir from Burgundy. Given all the bold and expressive reds that Spain is famous for, it may surprise many to learn that Tilenus is an elegant, ethereal, and beautifully balanced wine, produced by a legendary winemaker Raúl Pérez, infusing his craft with Mencia vines; some over a hundred years old.

“Mencía wines are chameleons,” Pérez touts: young reds from Bierzo are very similar in their expression to the Rhone’s Syrah, but as wines reach 4-10 years old, they become more complex and subtle, coming closer in style to the Southern Burgundy. When Bierzo wines reach the maturity of 20 years, they start to “sound” like Northern Italy.

The Bottom Line: The Tilenus series, being touted as Spanish Burgundy, offers you a strong differentiated product identity to stand out from the countless Spanish wines on the market. The Tilenus series stands out even amongst the Spanish wines and will leave a wonderful impression to all wine drinkers that get to experience it.

Extreme Elegance & Finesse - Aurelio García

Mikaela has the potential to be the next wine with 100 Parker points following Rumbo al Norte from the Comando G winery, which Parker awarded 100 points to recently.

These two wineries are strikingly similar: both, after working many years in other wineries, wanted to create wines that rival the elegance and finesse of Pinot Noir in Burgundy, Cru Beaujolais, or Syrahs in the Northern Rhône. They both found Garnacha in abandoned ancient vineyards in the Gredos Mountain Range (elevation 1200m) perfect for their goal. They succeeded in redefining what Spanish Garnacha can be; you’ve never tasted Garnacha quite like this before. They produce a sublime expression of high-altitude Garnacha where the wines are extraordinarily aromatic, intensely flavorful, and startlingly fresh, expressing minerality and delicacy.

If you were to ask, “What is it about Garnacha from Gredos Mountain that sets it apart from the rest of the Garnacha on the planet?”  The answer is: they are completely different and elegant.

The duo, Micaela Rubio and her husband Aurelio García, who is the renowned winemaker of the famed V series from Valquejigoso, is making the region’s most exciting wines, including the high-attitude Garnacha and Terroir-centric Bobal.

The Bottom Line: Seriously undervalued, Mikaela is a potential to receive 100 Parker points at a fraction of the price it should deserve.  A premium and rare wine, the Mikaela is critical to try for your wine-appreciating customers.

Organic & Biodynamic Wines

Pago Los Balancines is the most prestigious bodega (DO Ribera del Guadiana) in Extremadura, which is the last of the great undiscovered Spanish grape-producing regions. The winery is an entirely organic and biodynamic operation, producing the best handcrafted, all-natural wines with balance, complexity and above all, unique taste with its own personalities.

For 4 years in a row, the bodegas wines have been ranked the best in Spain by the Peñín Guide, along with Contador, Numanthia, Viña Sastre, Artadi, Vega Sicilia, Amancio, among others.

There is a waiting list for some wines the winery offers as a result of limited production (total annual 90,000 bottles) and high demand.

The Bottom Line: Get ahead of the curve with wines from regions that will undoubtedly become more well-known – they rival the quality of the best wines from well-known and popular regions, and is a highly attractive option to those seeking organic and biodynamic wines. This wine will invite less or no competition

Monroy initially offered their wines exclusively to local high-end restaurants. Only in recent years has the winery begun to export to China. It has gained wide recognition for its sophistication with structure, rich fruits, beautiful balance, and rounded tannins.

Spanish Most Traditional Wines - Felix Callejo

Wines awarded 95 or more points are much rarer than those scoring between 90-94. Most critics agree that 95+ points are judged to become classics, not to mention their much higher prices and demand amongst wine aficionados.

That’s why it is remarkable that Felix Callejo was awarded 97+ points from Robert Parker, and has been selected as one of the top wines from Ribera del Duero, along with Vega Sicilia or Pingus.

Felix Callejo is made with premium, terroir-driven, organic Tempranillo grapes from high elevated limestone soils (~900 m). It has a muscularity (15 months in oak barrel) that’s typical of wines from Ribera del Duero, which has defined what a classic Spanish Tempranillo wine should be -- strong and bold. Additionally, the winery is entirely organic.

Felix Callejo is always in the spotlight at every exhibition and is loved and sought after by wine fans. Some even bluntly claimed “life has no regrets after drinking this wine.”

The Bottom Line:  In the world of wine, a rating of 95-100 is akin to retail magic. It will practically sell itself. At a 97+ rating, the Felix Callejo surely guarantees revenue.
